You can get to these web sites and pull up the voting records of your Senators and House of Representatives check the bill description (very confusing).

US Senators - click on United States Senate - then click Senators (upper left) scroll down to find your Senators. Click on legislation and Records to find votes upper left again. United States

House of Representatives - click on Representatives (a map will come up click on your state to findyour Representatives - Click on your Representative (district).

In the Senator and Representative home page you can e-mail them state your concerns, disapproval, or approval (be polite).

If they are not supporting the U.S. Constitution, protecting it and America, or are not representing your position tell them. Let them know you are watching, and let them know there will be a house cleaning in Nov. 2010.

It is important you do this regularly thoughout the weeks, months, year. It is important you join with others for strength, power and to be heard.
